Before any ground is broken or present space demolished, the entire job is built out in the box in 3d space before it makes it out into the real world. Decisions on amount of furniture, walls and cabling are evaluated, amended or discarded. This ensures the smooth and rapid buildout of your functional workplace in real time and space.

DesignBuild is the Unispace way of using project management methods of combining multi-disciplinary schedules for optimal parallel workflow.
